Tim Pivnicny | Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ATLUS USA
We’re thrilled to bring the biggest handheld game launch in the history of ATLUS to PS Vita. Persona 4 Golden’s elements of adventure, combat, and storyline evoked such a strong calling with fans that the 10K limited run of the Solid Gold Premium Edition sold out almost immediately after announcement. This is a must have PS Vita title for all RPG fans this holiday.
In the small town of Inaba, a high school student has been sent to live with his uncle when his parents go away on extended business. Soon after arriving, people begin to turn up dead under mysterious circumstances, and at the center of it all is a strange fog and the bizarre “Midnight Channel” that appears on blank TVs on rainy nights. The kids in town soon discover that they have the ability to enter a dark, twisted world inside the TV, and they may be the small town’s only hope of solving the mystery.
This release only pertains to North America at the moment, with Nippon Ichi Software America slated to do an European release next year.
