It was recently announced that Namco Bandai would be porting over their 2008 Nintendo DS game ‘Tales of Hearts’ to the Playstation Vita, set for release in Japan next year. While this announcement came with the opening of an official website (See: Official Website for Tales of Hearts R (PS Vita) Opened), the website only contained a single image and a logo.
Japanese gaming website Famitsu.com recently released a handful of screenshots for the game, focusing on both in-game dialogue and the battle system. A number of new features are set to appear in this release including voice acting to the main scenario, a new party member Calcedny Arcome who was originally a storyline-only character, new events amongst other things.
Of course, considering that we have never seen the DS title receive an international release and remain waiting for the release of Tales of Xillia – there may be a while before we will if ever see this game released in English.
