Released yesterday in Japan, to celebrate the release publishers Marvelous AQL and developers Neverland Co announced that two characters from previous Rune Factory games – Barrett (Rune Factory 2) and Raven (Rune Factory 3) will appear as crossover characters in Rune Factory 4. While you will be unable to form a relationship with either character, it has been revealed that they can be added to your party alongside providing services in town – Barrett to reinforce your equipment and Raven to sell you items for synthesis.
Rune Factory 4 is now available in Japan exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS.
