On their recent post, Famitsu posted up some screenshots surrounding the general gameplay and cutscenes within Acquires upcoming game Sumioni, along with discussing planned upcoming DLC content including a time attack ranking mode which will be hopefully made as a free update alongside more substantial free and paid content including extra stages and additional developments yet to be revealed.
More interesting is a little tidbit of information most might skip over that gaming website Siliconera discussed in their recent article “Does Xseed Own The A Piece Of Sumioni: Demon Arts?“. All the way at the bottom of this article the following is displayed:

While this might be something completely off what it may seem, this could mean that Sumioni could be an intellectual property shared between XSEED Games and Acquire, the first of its kind for the company. This is different from most games licensed over here where intellectual property stays with the original Japanese publisher – an example Siliconera gives being Grand Knights History, a game Marvelous AQL published and is the parent company of XSEED.
