With the release of the game now less than a month away… and with that the international release of the Playstation Vita less than a month away, Tecmo Koei just released new screenshots for their upcoming release of Dynasty Warriors Next, yet another game in their successful game franchise developed by Omega Force. The edit mode allows you to place yourself, or any other fragment of your imagination into the game as a musou warrior, beating the crap out of thousands upon thousands (Literally) of warriors. The last time we saw this mode was in Dynasty Warriors 6 Empires and it was one of the main attractions of the game to me – with many possibilities and 100 slots for characters that would ally themselves with different groups and be both friend or foe. The other screenshot inclusion is of one on one duels, which while usually it mean’t button mashing, now relies on interaction with the touch pads.
The game is due for release on the Playstation Vita on the 22nd February 2012 on the Playstation Vita.
