Today at an event held by Nippon Ichi Software America, both Disgaea 4 (Mentioned in the Previous Article) and Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk.2 have been announced for English distribution. Having released the first game in the series earlier this year, in which I gave the game a B- for being an overall inventive game that needed improvements in both storyline and music departments – they have chosen to release the second game in the series which includes a larger roster of characters, stronger storyline and many gameplay and visual improvements that were much needed in the first game.
As I haven’t seen the Press Release yet, I will save specifics until they arrive – but the game will be made available Spring 2012 in North America, with release dates in other regions to follow. It will be released on the Playstation 3 gaming console.
