On Friday nights, The Arts Centre Gold Coast hold regular ‘Comedy in the Basement’ event where they invite a new comedian each week to entertain the crowds that attend them. The venue has recently confirmed their line-up for February 20th – March 6th, with more details on each sitting available below.
Single tickets cost $25.00 with group tickets available at a slightly reduced rate of $22.00. Those who want a ‘Dinner and Show’ pass will have to pay considerably more at $79.00. Each sitting is strictly 18+ only, with tickets purchasable through their box office or online.

Joel Ozborn – 20th February 2015
Joel is a regular in comedy clubs across the country including regular performances at Sydney’s original comedy store, where he continues to entertain audiences with his unique style of comedy. Joel has toured with fellow comedians Akmal Saleh and Arj Barker. He will leave you in stitches!
Danny McGinlay – 27th February 2015
McGinlay once described himself as a “slightly nerdy bogan with too much testosterone” and while he’s matured, there is still the hint of your enthusiastic little brother whose only wish is to make you laugh and he succeeds.
