Udon to Conclude Persona 4 Manga Localisation in October 1

Even here in the western market, fans of ATLUS’ Persona 4 video game have had no shortage of opportunities to enjoy the main narrative. If you were unable to play the original PlayStation 2 release, in subsequent years you could pick it up as a PS2 Classic on the PlayStation 3, the ‘Golden’ remake for PlayStation Vita or PC, the original 26-episode TV anime, or the 12-episode anime based on the new content in the remake. While it could be argued we didn’t need the official manga, for the last couple of years, artbook and manga publisher Udon Entertainment has localised just that.

With Volume 11 being released in recent days, Udon Entertainment has confirmed only two more volumes remain until all 13-volumes are localised and on store shelves. Taking players from the first moments they met Soji Seta and the Investigation Team right through to a climax, the remaining two volumes will conclude the main story, and the Investigation Team faced with one final challenge.

Persona 4 the Manga is based on the original PlayStation 2 video game by the same name, and features artwork by Shuji Sogabe. The first eleven volumes are now available to purchase via select publishers of print manga, with earlier volumes now back in print. Volume 2 will be released in September 2020, with the finale due in October 2020.
