Pony Canyon and Kyoto Animation has officially revealed a teaser trailer for the upcoming Sound! Euphonium final movie, with the first part scheduled to premiere in Spring 2026. The announcement was made during a special series event held in Kyoto on 7 June (JST), marking a major milestone for the franchise as it celebrates its tenth anniversary.
Accompanied by Neiro no Kanata (Beyond the Tone), the ending theme from Sound! Euphonium 3, the teaser seeks to highlight the emotional and visual essence of the series. It offers glimpses of the concert band’s journey through poignant drama, emotive performance scenes, and the studio’s signature animation style that continues to resonate with long-time fans.
Produced by Kyoto Animation, Sound! Euphonium first aired in April 2015 and has since expanded into three television seasons and five theatrical and special edition films. The series follows the Kitauji High School Concert Band as they strive for excellence in national competitions, portraying the perseverance and growth of its members through music.
