KADOKAWA CORPORATION, the well-known Japanese publisher and anime company responsible for successful titles like Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-, The Rising of the Shield Hero, and OVERLORD, will be participating in the Anime Expo 2023. They will be in attendance across all four days (1 July – 4 July) at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
At the expo, KADOKAWA is set to host booth #1206, where it will host an exhibition featuring an array of its hit titles from the past alongside its latest works. Apart from the exhibits, the booth will also serve as a shopping hub for fans, offering an array of merchandise related to KADOKAWA’s popular titles.
The merchandise shop at KADOKAWA’s booth will provide fans with an opportunity to purchase items from their favorite KADOKAWA anime. Shoppers can choose from products that display anime illustrations as well as items featuring visuals from the original works. Additionally, a special site has been set up for merchandise sales at AX2023 within the EJ ANiME STORE, where fans can find information on limited edition figurines and other items not available at the venue.
Aside from selling merchandise, KADOKAWA’s booth also has plans to distribute free goodies to fans. Nine types of giveaways will be available, packed inside a shoulder bag. These include an OVERLORD Ainz Mask, a KONOSUBA -God’s blessing on this wonderful world!- round fan, and a Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- hologram sticker. Also on the list are a Bungo Stray Dogs original calendar, a Rising of the Shield Hero paper shield, a manga chapter 1 preview of The Eminence in Shadow, a Sugar Apple Fairy Tale apple-shaped fan, a My Happy Marriage clear bookmark set, and a Delicious in Dungeon manga chapter 1 preview.
Details about special guest panels are yet to be released, but are expected to be announced in the coming days and weeks.
