All Five Seasons of Yu-Gi-Oh! Streaming English Dubbed on AnimeLab

In the schoolyard during the early-2000s, there were two trading card games which ruled the roost. While some floated between the two groups, many tended to be loyal to their respective multimedia franchise. I am talking about the competition between the all-ages friendly Pokemon and the slightly more mature Yu-Gi-Oh!. Whether you were a regular watcher of the latter’s TV anime or are like me and are more curious about what you missed out on – this announcement will be of interest to you.

Just in time for a weekend anime binge, Australian anime publisher Madman Entertainment has added all five English dubbed seasons of Yu-Gi-Oh! on their AnimeLab video-on-demand streaming service. Streaming commences with Season 1 Episode 1: The Heart of the Cards and concludes with Season 5 Episode 236: The Final Duel, Part 4.

Due to localisation trends at the time which were more than voicing over mouth flaps with localised dialogue, much like their distribution of Digimon: Digital Monsters, no Japanese audio option is available via AnimeLab.

If you are a standard non-paying member of AnimeLab, you will only have access to the first three episodes of Season 1. Active, paying subscribers, however, will gain access to all 236 episodes. Irrespective of your membership, begin watching the episodes HERE.

AnimeLab is an online anime streaming service managed by Madman Entertainment. It’s accessible only to those residing in Australia and New Zealand and offers a basic service free with video quality, dub and availability timeframe limitations. For those looking for access to no simulcast delays, no ads, full back-catalogue access and high definition video can take advantage of a premium subscription membership for $7.95AUD/month or $79.50AUD/year.

About Yu-Gi-Oh!

It’s Time To Duel!

Meet Yugi and his best buds Joey, Tristan and Téa. They share a love for the newest game that’s sweeping the nation: Duel Monsters! Legend has it 5000 years ago, ancient Egyptian Pharaohs used to play a magical game very similar to Duel Monsters. This ancient game involved magical ceremonies, which were used to foresee the future and ultimately decide one’s destiny. They called it the Shadow Games. Since the game used so many magical spells and ferocious creatures, it wasn’t long before the game got out of hand and threatened to destroy the world
