Log Horizon Seasons 1 and 2 Now Available Dubbed on AnimeLab

The weekend is now upon us! See yourself getting comfortable on the couch and enjoying an anime binge? Australian anime publisher Madman Entertainment has this afternoon confirmed that seasons one and two of the Log Horizon TV anime are now available to stream via their AnimeLab service with its English dub. All episodes can now be watched with either the original Japanese audio or English localisation by those with Premium Memberships. Those with free memberships can still watch all episodes with the original Japanese audio in standard definition.

Based on the light novels by Mamare Touno (writer) and Kazuhiro Hara (illustrator), Log Horizon takes place in the fantasy world of Elder Tales Online. Upon the release of the twelfth expansion to the game, something goes wrong… Eight-year veteran Shiroe and 30,000 other players suddenly find themselves trapped in the game’s no-longer-fictional universe!

Except it’s not even exactly the game they knew: things are in different places, the portals don’t work, and if a gamer was playing an avatar who wasn’t a physical match for their real self… well, let’s just say that everyone who’s been playing is going to have to make some serious adjustments to their new world view. On top of that, the former Non-Player-Characters are now self-aware and working towards their own ends. This collision of the Elder Tale people and players with seemingly impossible skills, abilities, and knowledge leads to a number of… interesting events and conflicts, allies and enemies, and mysteries and solutions.

You can begin watching Log Horizon by visiting the AnimeLab Website.

AnimeLab is an online anime streaming service managed by Madman Entertainment. It’s accessible only to those residing in Australia and New Zealand and offers a basic service free with video quality, dub and availability timeframe limitations. For those looking for access to no simulcast delays, no ads, full back-catalogue access and high definition video can take advantage of a premium subscription membership for $7.95AUD/month or $79.50AUD/year.
