Building upon their list of special guests to attend their second Melbourne Madman Anime Festival later this year, Australian anime publisher Madman Entertainment have confirmed anime director Shinichiro Watanabe will be headed Down Under.
Watanabe-san has directed many iconic anime series including Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Shamploo, and more recently has helmed shows such as Terror In Resonance and Space Dandy.
Shinichiro Watanabe will be attending the festival as a Guest of Honour, so expect to see him around the festival holding panels, signing autographs and meeting fans.
