The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan | Official English Trailer

North American anime publisher FUNimation Entertainment have confirmed that they will be bringing back some familiar voices for the upcoming Broadcast Dub of The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan. In collaboration with Okratron 5000 who are handling the English dub, they have managed to reprise the original Haruhi English voice cast members from the days of Bandai Entertainment. This means that there will be no major casting differences between The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Season 2, The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya and The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan.

With Christopher R. Sabat serving as ADR Director and Bonny Clinkenbeard as Lead Writer, the following individuals are lending (or alternatively, reprising) their roles:

Nagato: Michelle Ruff
Kyon: Crispin Freeman
Asakura: Bridget Hoffman
Haruhi: Wendee Lee
Mikuru: Stephanie Sheh
Tsuruya: Kari Wahlgren

It is currently unknown if other cast members such as Johnny Yong Bosch as Itsuki Koizumi will also be returning.

Funimation Entertainment’s first broadcast dub of The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan will begin on May 29 at 1.10PM CT. You can watch this dub officially and legally via the FUNimation Entertainment Spring Simulcasts website.
