Although specifics on what shows will be introduced to the service are pretty much non-existent, Australian anime publisher Madman Entertainment have confirmed that fans should “keep an eye out for new shoes coming to AnimeLab tomorrow”. Time shall tell if this announcement is for a completely new acquisition or a decision to bring some of their back catalogue to the streaming platform.
This announcement follows the one made earlier today, with them uploading the second and third seasons of Naruto onto their official video-on-demand service.
Since launching in mid-2014, AnimeLab has seen more than 100 different series and 1000’s of episodes available to those residing in Australia and New Zealand at no additional charge. This complements the main retail sector of Madman Entertainment, which release a wealth of anime and other series/films on a monthly basis. A list of their February 2015 releases can be found HERE.
