The Ro-Kyu-Bu! franchise has over the years expanded itself from being just a light novel series (Written by Sagu Aoyama and illustrated by Tinkle) to a multiple-media franchise spanning multiple anime seasons, manga, visual novels, shirts and games.
Developed by Vridge, since 2011 Kadokawa Games and ASCII Media Works have published a number of video games in the series. The next installment due for release sometime in 2014 “Ro-Kyu-Bu: Secret Shutter Chance /Â Ro-Kyu-Bu! Naisho no Shutter Chance” has been confirmed for release on the Playstation Vita – following earlier reports for a release on the Playstation Portable. While they have currently not released any footage of the game yet… I think the title speaks for itself…
No physical media release in the Ro-Ky-Bu!! series has been made outside of Japan, however Sentai Filmworks still hold the online streaming rights for the first anime season.
