The very first Penny Arcade Expo (PAX) Australia is currently being held in Melbourne, Victoria this weekend, and the Australian publisher of Saints Row IV – All Interactive Entertainment have come bearing some good news. Rather than just ditch the game after being Refused Classification in the Australian region (By a system that considered Atelier Totori Plus an R18+ title), they have confirmed plans to release an Australian Edition which will hopefully get it across the mark for at least an R18+ rating. If you are in attendance at the event and over 18, visit booth #1512 with your black proof-of-age wristband to have a go at it.
In addition to this, they have also released a brand new trailer for the game which you can check out above. Who’s back? Only Johnny Gat, that’s who!
Saints Row IV is currently in development by Volition and High Voltage Software and being published by Deep Silver. All Interactive Entertainment is handling the distribution of the Australian Edition. The game is to be released in the latter-half of next month for the PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox360.
