Microsoft Australia have confirmed that they will have the Xbox One playable at the upcoming EB Games Expo, to be held at the Sydney Showgrounds from the 4th to 6th of October 2013. While we are too far off the event to know too many specifics now, you should expect some of their launch titles to be playable at the very least.
Debra McGrath | Manager of Brand Engagement and Events for EB Games
We are thrilled that EB Games and Microsoft are combining forces to give gamers a chance to get hands-on with the Xbox One at this year’s EB Expo. We hope that this glimpse of the future is as exciting to the gaming public as it is to us. We can’t give away too much just yet, but watch this space for more huge announcements in the coming weeks.
Then again…. given the consoles launch isn’t too far off from the event, it would have been more surprising if the Xbox One WASN’T playable at the expo.
