Gears of War fans have some new items to add to their collections. The Gears of War: E-Day original soundtrack from The Coalition and Laced Records is now available in an Exclusive Edition on translucent red vinyl, sold only through the Official Xbox Game Studios Shop, powered by DPI Merch.
The two-disc set includes 18 tracks from Gears of War: E-Day, sequenced by composer Adam Lastiwka and mastered specifically for vinyl by Joe Caithness. The cover art is by Luke Preece, a regular Gears of War collaborator who has also created album art for bands including Black Sabbath, Mastodon and Metallica.
The second wave of the Roots of Fight Collection is also available now through the same store. It includes a hoodie, t-shirt and hat inspired by Augustus “Cole Train” Cole, along with a matching hoodie, t-shirt and hat for the Kalona Eagles, the Thrashball team from before E-Day. The collection also features a Gears of War 20th Anniversary Limited Edition jacket, limited to 350 units.
