Indie publisher Mythwright has three demos available for Steam Next Fest, covering a horror cleaning sim set in deep space, an elemental factory builder and an interstellar empire sim. All three are now playable via Steam for PC.

Cleaner Company is a cleaning sim for one to four players set at some of the galaxy’s worst disaster sites. As part of the Star Wipers crew, players scrub away gore, stains and spores while fending off monstrous creatures. The demo takes the crew to The Flying Canteen, an intergalactic restaurant once known for its views and cheap food that is now overrun with troublesome monsters and a mess of stains. Players who try the demo during Steam Next Fest will unlock an exclusive cosmetic for the full game, a top hat with a fish on it. Cleaner Company launches on 28 January 2027.

Fakutori takes a calmer approach, though there is more going on than first appears. The relaxed automation game starts players off with the four classic elements of Earth, Fire, Water and Air, which can be combined in different ways to discover new blocks and increasingly complex materials. Players automate their factory as it grows, meeting friendly helpers and uncovering new elements along the way. Fakutori is due to launch later this year.

Rounding out the trio is Main Sequence, a resource management and factory sim heading into Steam Early Access on 12 November 2026. Players start out in a small mining ship on the edge of space, harvesting materials from an asteroid belt and building an interstellar factory. Researching advanced technology opens up distant star systems and deep-space resources, while the ship and space station are built up one module at a time.
