YHKT ENTERTAINMENT has revealed Bringer, a new narrative-focused fantasy action RPG currently in development for PC, PlayStation 5 and mobile. Announced alongside its first trailer, the game will make its public playable debut at Gamescom 2026. Attendees will be able to try an early demo at Hall 10.1, Booth E053, providing the first hands-on look at its combat, visual presentation and storytelling.
Built using Unreal Engine 5, Bringer is a 3D action RPG set within an original fantasy world shaped by ancient civilizations, enormous living creatures and long-buried mysteries. The game seeks to combine real-time combat and exploration with cinematic storytelling, while placing an emphasis on interactive sequences rather than relying solely on pre-rendered cutscenes.
Players take the role of a traveller carrying a hidden secret while navigating a world influenced by competing factions and conflicts between civilisations. Central to the setting are the mysterious “Thalassa” and gigantic creatures known as “Arkiloth”, with the story gradually uncovering the history and secrets surrounding them. Combat allows players to switch between party members in real time and make use of different weapon modules. Parries, dodges and finishing attacks are also incorporated into encounters, with the system designed to support a faster style of action while retaining tactical options. Exploration, story sequences and battles are intended to flow together as players progress, allowing narrative developments to take place throughout the broader gameplay experience.
