Phoenixx Inc. and developer Tezcatlipoca have announced that their roguelite dice survival game, Menherarium, is scheduled to launch on PC via Steam on 18 February 2026. Ahead of the full release, a new demo will be made available on the platform starting 9 February 2026.
The game is pitched as a “blood-betting” roguelite that centers on Menhera-chan, a gambling connoisseur with a specific affinity for blood. The core gameplay loop involves a seven-day gauntlet where the rules shift daily. Players are tasked with rolling dice to recover blood; however, rolling a poor hand results in Menhera-chan consuming a portion of the player’s blood instead.
To manage these risks, players can utilize health-restoring items to mitigate damage. Strategic elements include the ability to modify dice and use re-roll chances to influence the odds. The objective is to survive the full seven-day period by managing resources and adapting to the changing regulations of the game.
At the conclusion of each in-game day, players access the “Menhera Network.” Here, performance is graded based on specific metrics such as Vitality, Guts, Chivalry, and Likeability. Successful survival yields coins, which can be exchanged for consumables, additional rolls, or emergency health kits to assist in reaching the final day.
Tezcatlipoca’s Director provided a comment on the upcoming launch:
Our first demo during last October’s Steam Next Fest really showed a thirst for Menhera-chan’s twisted game. With next month’s release, we can’t wait to draw more victims into her strange, sanguine domain.
