SMG Studio, the LEGO Group, and Fictions have announced that LEGO Party!, their energetic multiplayer party game, is set to launch on September 30 for PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One. Fans eager to secure their spot at the party can pre-order now, with every pre-order unlocking five exclusive digital LEGO minifigures, including characters like Cotton Candy Cheerleader and Shark Singer.
LEGO Party! looks to bring a fresh take on the party game genre, promising up to four players the chance to compete in a range of Challenge Zones and take on 60 different minigames inspired by beloved LEGO themes, from LEGO Pirates and Space to LEGO NINJAGO and beyond. The focus is on collecting as many LEGO Golden Bricks as possible in pursuit of the title of ultimate party champion.
In addition to a wide range of unlockable minifigures and what is pitched as “more than a gazillion” customisation options, LEGO Party! supports both local and online multiplayer, making it easy for friends and families to join the action wherever they are. The game also includes a variety of modes, ensuring plenty of reasons to keep coming back for one more round.
Players can expect a combination of wild competition, creative customisation, and unexpected obstacles – ranging from monsters and traps to the occasional flying roast turkey – along their quest for Golden Bricks.
