Volleyball action meets match-3 puzzling through the latest Puzzle & Dragons collaboration, as the anime and manga series Haikyu!! leaps into the mobile game for a limited-time crossover event. Running now through 13 July, players can take on event-exclusive dungeons, earn crossover characters, and score special items via limited-time Egg Machines and bundles.
Characters and Collab Egg Machines
During the event, players can collect characters like Hinata Shoyo & Kageyama Tobio, Kozume Kenma & Kuroo Tetsuro, and Miya Atsumu & Miya Osamu through the Haikyu!! Egg Machines. By logging in daily, users can earn up to three free pulls by hitting 10 days of login stamps.
Themed Dungeons and Rewards
Several Haikyu!!-themed dungeons are now available under Special Dungeons and Event Quest menus, each offering unique challenges and character drops:
- Haikyu!! Quest: Complete 10 Quest Levels for Magic Stones and unlock rewards based on your progress, including Hinata & Kageyama (Reward). P&D Pass subscribers can access bonus content.
- Haikyu!!-Novice / Haikyu!!-Expert: Earn collab medals and exchange them for characters. Completing all levels in these dungeons will net players special rewards such as Rainbowpy and Event Medals.
- Ushijima Wakatoshi Descended!: Defeat Ushijima for a guaranteed drop, plus earn Event Medals by completing associated missions. A 3-Player Multiplayer version is also available.
- Nekoma’s “Heart”, Kozume Kenma Descended!: Another Special Dungeon that grants Kenma as a drop upon completion. Includes a multiplayer mode.
- Haikyu!! Colosseum!: Rewards players who lead with Haikyu!! collab characters by boosting drop rates to 100%. First-time clears grant icons and additional rewards.
- [Karasuno] Title Challenge!: Features a time-limited challenge with a fixed helper. Clear it once to earn the [Karasuno] title and extra medals.
Exclusive Purchases and Exchanges
The collab includes several ways to expand your team or cosmetics through in-game purchases:
- Monster Exchange: Exchange Haikyu!! Collab Medals for limited-time characters and items like the Nekoma High School Jersey.
- MP Shop: Shimizu Kiyoko is available here, with first-time acquisition enhancing the collab badge.
- Special Bundles: Ranging from $0.99 to $29.99, these bundles include Magic Stones, guaranteed character Egg Machines, and unique unlockables like BGM sets, orb skins, and badges.
