Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion Announced for Nintendo Switch 2, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC

-

Marvelous Europe has announced that Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion, the sequel to the 2019 mech-action title Daemon X Machina, is currently in development and scheduled for release on 5 September 2025. The game will be available on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC via Steam.

Developed by Marvelous First Studio, Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion brings fast-paced, customisable mech combat to a new generation of platforms. Players pilot their Arsenal in high-speed battles across a dangerous open world, taking on enemies both in the air and on land. Equipment and weapons can be scavenged from defeated foes, while player abilities can be upgraded to expand combat options. The game will support both solo play and online co-operative multiplayer for up to three players.

Produced by Kenichiro Tsukuda and featuring mechanical designs by Shoji Kawamori, the game introduces a new storyline that sees players joining the Reclaimers in a battle against the Axiom in a bleak sci-fi setting. The game world includes a variety of terrain—such as plains, mountains and swamps—that players can traverse on foot, by flight, or on horseback.
