Level Infinite has announced that sci-fi RPG shooter GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE will launch its second collaboration with the Evangelion multimedia franchise on 20 February 2024. This crossover will introduce a special storyline set within the Evangelion universe, featuring characters such as Asuka: WILLE, Rei Ayanami (Tentative Name), and Sakura (Toji’s sister).
Citing the popularity of the first collaboration last year, characters Asuka Shikinami Langley, Rei Ayanami, and Mari Makinami Illustrious will also be returning, offering players another opportunity to obtain them. Additional content includes exclusive character outfits—some of which will be free—alongside a 3D event map and a new mini-game.
The latest collaboration trailer (available above), showcases Asuka: WILLE, Rei Ayanami (Tentative Name), and Sakura in action, set against the Red Sea. The footage highlights combat involving Evangelion Unit Two and Evangelion Mark.09, along with the Ark’s battleship Admire, as they face off against the mysterious Gatekeeper in a high-stakes battle.
