Following the conclusion of PAX Unplugged 2024, co-show organizers ReedPop and Penny Arcade have confirmed the return of the East Coast’s premier tabletop gaming event to the Pennsylvania Convention Center. PAX Unplugged 2025 will take place from Friday, 21 November, through Sunday, 23 November 2025.
In addition, badges for PAX East 2025, scheduled for Thursday, 8 May, through Sunday 11 May 2025, at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, will go on sale on Wednesday 11 December 2024. Attendees can purchase 3-day badges for $254 or single-day badges for $71.
This year’s sold-out PAX Unplugged 2024 drew tens of thousands of tabletop gaming fans from around the globe. Highlights included a keynote by Elizabeth Hargrave, creator of Wingspan, and a special presentation on the upcoming TTRPG Daggerheart hosted by Critical Role’s Matthew Mercer and Ashley Johnson. The event also featured over 350 exhibitors, community meetups, high-stakes tournaments, and panels, with additional content available for viewing on the official PAX YouTube channel.
Reflecting on PAX Unplugged 2024, Jerry Holkins, co-founder of Child’s Play, Penny Arcade, and PAX, remarked:
