While those of us overseas have no officially confirmed release date… let alone an official release announcement, Square Enix have plans to release Kingdom Hearts – HD 1.5 Remix – in Japan in March 2013. The collection is set to bring the first three games in the series – Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (Albeit not a playable game – but containing over two hours of HD video) to the Playstation 3 in High Definition come March 2013. The company have recently unveiled their Jump Festa trailer, which gives you a brief look at all three titles to be included in this collection.
Additional information recently unveiled shows that at least some of the new features in the game will not necessarily provide new content in the game – but provide incentives or bonus goodies to play from bonus custom themes to trophy support to name a few.
