Are you a fan of the Rambo multimedia franchise and also own a copy of Far Cry 6? If so, you may want to boot up the game again, to experience some new crossover content. Ubisoft has today confirmed that “All the Blood”, a new free mission for Far Cry 6 is now available on all platforms, which is inspired from and pays homage to the first three films screened between 1982-1988. This crossover mission was possible through a deal with STUDIOCANAL, rights holder to the Rambo I-III movies, and having it available as free content is a nice little perk.
In “All the Blood”, players will be meet and help a Rambo superfan against the Yaran military in a blood-soaked rampage of vengeance straight out of an 80’s action blockbuster. The content is described as “blending stealth with over-the-top action and references to iconic Rambo moments”. Upon completing the mission, players will unlock the Vengeance Bow, a deadly explosive weapon effective against helicopters and heavy units. The Vengeance Bow will be available to use permanently within the main game.
For those looking for some form of paid content, players can also purchase the Rambo Bundle via their respective platforms digital distribution platform. This bundle will give players access to Rambo-inspired gear to customise their characters with, including gear, weapon, vehicle and more.
Released on 7 October 2021, Far Cry 6 is now available to purchase on the Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Ubisoft+, Ubisoft Store and Epic Games Store.
