Been curious about the 2020 anime-style sports game Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions but remained on the fence? From today, you can get a small sample of what the game entails, with publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment offering a demo version of it on the Nintendo Switch (via the Nintendo eShop) and the PlayStation 4 (via the PlayStation Store w/ PlayStation 5 backwards compatibility).
The demo version is not time-limited, and will give players a chance to go through the game’s tutorial and experience its offline versus mode using one of four teams: Nankatsu Middle School, Toho Academy, Furano Middle School or Musashi Middle School. This is just a small sample of the total teams available in the full release.
Developed by Tamsoft and published worldwide by Bandai Namco Entertainment, Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions is the newest video game adaptation in the Captain Tsubasa media franchise. It is now available to purchase on the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and the Windows PC (via Steam),
