Invictus Launch Week Commences in Star Citizen on Friday

Take a peek at future ships in the Verse

Cloud Imperium Games’ space simulator Star Citizen remains in the middle of its alpha testing phase. Still, with the in-game Universe progressively expanding, there are more and more opportunities to bring certain previews and festivities in-game.

Dubbed as the ‘Invictus Launch Week’ (aka. Fleet Week), from 22 May 2020 until 1 June 2020, all players will be able to travel to the Bevic Convention Centre on ArcCorp and take advantage of both previews and free-fly opportunities over the period.

Over the period, different manufacturers will take over the convention show floor every few days, showing off a selection of their currently flyable ships, bikes and other vehicles. Many of these will be available to test-fly.

In addition to this, those looking for the latest sneak peek at their favourite non-flyable ships will be able to head to the Hologram Hall. Both ships to big to fit in the convention hall and in-production vessels will be shown in holographic form. If your favourite ship is due to come out in the next few patches, perhaps it may be worth a wander over. According to an unofficial post on /r/StarCitizen, the following ships will be on display:

  • Drake Interplanetary Vulture
  • Roberts Space Industries Constellation Taurus
  • Aegis Dynamics Redeemer
  • Roberts Space Industries Polaris
  • Tumbril Nova
  • Aegis Dynamics Nautilus
  • Crusader Industries Mercury
  • Drake Interplanetary Kraken
  • Crusader Industries Hercules
  • Origin Jumpworks G12a
  • Drake Interplanetary Corsair
