[18+] MangaGamer Releases Uncensored Release Of Empress’s Sleepless – A Nocturne On PC

Visual novel publisher MangaGamer has announced that SLEEPLESS – A Nocturne is now available for purchase. Developed by the studio Empress, this title serves as a direct sequel to the previously released SLEEPLESS – A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The English language edition is fully uncensored and can be accessed through the MangaGamer online store.

The project is helmed by Sei Shoujo, who returns to manage both the writing and illustration duties.

The premise of SLEEPLESS – A Nocturne centers on a pair of college students, Kawai Tomoki and Komori Yukino. During a date, the couple experiences unexpected vehicle trouble which leaves them stranded. Seeking assistance, they make their way to the isolated Black Rose Manor.

Upon their arrival, they are invited inside by Mamiya Marie, the mistress of the estate. Within the mansion, Tomoki and Yukino are introduced to the rest of the household residents. This includes Aria, the estate’s maid, and Maria, the daughter of the mistress. Additionally, the couple encounters Takamizawa Rui, a mysterious girl with cat ears. The storyline explores the events that transpire as the couple spends several days within the confines of the manor.

A change in this sequel is the inclusion of both the protagonist and his girlfriend in the unfolding events, rather than a solo protagonist narrative. SLEEPLESS – A Nocturne features the return of the full cast from the preceding game.
