MangaGamer has opened pre-orders for the English release of The Pillagers of Raillore, the latest adult visual novel from developer 3rdEye, best known for their work on Sorcery Jokers. The game is scheduled to release uncensored and uncut on 29 May 2025. Those who pre-order the title through the MangaGamer store can receive a 15% discount on the full retail price.
Set in a distant future more than a century ahead, The Pillagers of Raillore presents a world where the majority of humanity has awakened to unique powers known as “Dunamis”. As society evolves around these abilities, those without them are viewed as outcasts. Over time, civilisation regresses, and the landscape becomes a mixture of untamed wilderness and decaying ruins.
At the heart of the story lies the city of Raillore—a self-sufficient commune filled with medieval-style brickwork and flowing rivers. With traditional nations long gone, the Regulatory Corps now serves as the city’s governing force, maintaining order and public safety.
However, peace begins to falter with the emergence of individuals wielding powers that do not align with Dunamis. These new abilities—and those who possess them—are branded as ‘Errors’, a phenomenon viewed with fear and suspicion. The Regulatory Corps is tasked with controlling these so-called Errors, even as tensions mount and the fabric of society begins to shift once more.
The Pillagers of Raillore explores a setting shaped by shifting values, emerging threats, and individuals striving to carve a path forward in a fractured world.
