With only a couple more weeks until they release Amnesia: Memories internationally on the PlayStation Vita (via the PlayStation Store) and PC (via Steam), Idea Factory International have shared a new trailer and batch of screenshots for the upcoming romantic visual novel.
The trailer, coming in at just shy of two minutes in length, seeks to highlight how your choices affect the relation that your custom named heroine has with her chosen bachelor. It also seeks to highlight how characters change personalities based on the world you have chosen, with each pre-determined world leading the heroine into a particular romantic route.
The screenshots on the other hand seek to highlight some of the Mini-Games on offer: Air Hockey and Rock, Paper, Scissors. Separate from the main story (and seemingly unnecessary for those who don’t wish to play them), these games let you go head-to-head with one of the game’s eligible bachelors.
Official Synopsis for Amnesia: Memories
On the 1st of August, you awake as the Heroine, with previous memories of who you are somehow snatched away from you. In your confusion, a mysterious spirit named Orion appears to help you regain your memories. You’ll explore your own world as a complete stranger, trying to understand what was once familiar all while hiding your condition from the five men close to you. Because, as Orion warns, you may jeopardize any chance of recovering your memories if anyone finds out. It’s now up to you recover the past to rewrite your future love story!
