House Flipper 2 is out now on Nintendo Switch 2, and owners of Nintendo’s console are getting a little extra to make up for the wait. Developer Frozen District has bundled the Japanese-themed Sakura DLC into the base game as a welcome gift for Switch 2 players. The renovation game first launched on PC in December 2023 before later coming to Xbox and PlayStation.
Switch 2 players can visit Pinnacove and Akamatsu Valley to clean, repair and renovate run-down houses, or build their ideal home from the ground up. The new version is level with the game on other platforms, launching with every free content update released so far along with the Co-op DLC. That means up to four Switch 2 players can work on houses together. Mod support also works in the same way as on other platforms, giving access to thousands of houses and jobs created by the community.
Alongside the main game, a House Flipper 2 Scooby-Doo DLC is available separately. Made through an official collaboration between Frozen District and Warner Bros. Discovery, it adds hundreds of spooky items from the world of Scooby-Doo, allowing players to turn a house into a haunted mansion or set up an office for their own mystery-solving gang with friends.
House Flipper 2 is available now on the Nintendo eShop for $39.99 USD or local equivalent, with the Scooby-Doo DLC priced at $14.99 USD or local equivalent.
