2K and Hangar 13 have announced Man of Honor, a new expansion for Mafia: The Old Country, during Summer Game Fest 2026. The expansion will launch on 14 August 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam.
Man of Honor adds two new chapters to Enzo Favara’s story, set in Sicily during the winter of 1905. Following his initiation into the Torrisi crime family, Enzo has earned a reputation as a dependable soldato. His next task sees him and Cesare assigned to assist Ennio Salieri, a recently released man of honour who is determined to reclaim what he believes is his. Salieri will be familiar to longtime Mafia players as the future Don of the Salieri crime family and the main antagonist of Mafia: Definitive Edition. His appearance in Man of Honor places Enzo deeper within the Valle Dorata underworld, where loyalty, debts and reputation all carry consequences.
The two new story chapters explore a previously unseen point in Enzo’s time as a soldato. Players should expect new environments, weapons, vehicles and Charms as part of the expansion.
Man of Honor will also expand Free Ride mode. In this additional content, players team up with Salieri to take on a new set of extreme challenges, while also discovering new collectibles and previously unseen locations. Salieri acts as the point of contact for these new Free Ride activities, which are designed to test experienced players.
To mark the expansion reveal, Mafia: The Old Country is currently on sale alongside several other entries in the franchise. Mafia: The Old Country Standard Edition is 30% off on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam. Mafia: Definitive Edition is 85% off, while Mafia II: Definitive Edition, Mafia III: Definitive Edition and Mafia: Trilogy are each 80% off on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC via Steam.
