Continuing the adventures of players in their latest Digimon gaming experience, Bandai Namco Entertainment has officially released the second downloadable content expansion for Digimon Story Time Stranger. This latest update is available now for players on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
The primary focus of this expansion is the introduction of new digivolution paths for several Mega level Digimon. Players can now unlock forms including BanchoLillymon, BanchoStingmon, BanchoGolemon and BanchoMamemon. Additionally, the update adds Omnimon: Merciful Mode to the roster of available partners.
The narrative content in this DLC continues the overarching plot involving dimensional distortions. Following a mission assignment from Mirei, players are tasked with investigating the chaos caused by these anomalies. The storyline involves locating BanchoLeomon and Hiroko Sagisaka, both of whom have been trapped in an alternate dimension by the entity known as Parallelmon.
During this investigation, players will have the opportunity to meet and recruit various “Bancho” Digimon. In the game’s lore, this title is reserved for Mega Digimon who have maintained a strong spirit while triumphing over exceptionally difficult battles.
