Bethesda Game Studios has released Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition worldwide on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4 and PC, coinciding with the RPG’s tenth anniversary on 11 November.
Positioned as the most complete version of the game to date, the Anniversary Edition includes the base Fallout 4 experience and all six official DLC add-ons. This edition also includes approximately 150 pieces of Creation Club content built-in, which seeks to include fan favourites and previously unreleased items.
A new in-game Creations menu arrives alongside the release. This hub is intended to make it simpler to find, download and use content created by professional developers and community creators. Access to the Creations menu will be available to existing owners of any previous version of Fallout 4 – so no need to repurchase.
Upgrade paths are being offered to owners of the Standard Edition and the Game of the Year Edition. Players on Game Pass and PlayStation Plus will have two upgrade options that provide access to either the six official add-ons or the Creation Club content.
Bethesda also flagged a future platform update, with more information to come on Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition launching on Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026.
