The House Flipper franchise has expanded on Nintendo Switch with the arrival of the Farm DLC, now available for purchase via the Nintendo eShop for €14.49, $14.99 USD or local equivalent. Alongside the expansion, Frozen District has released a free Reborn Update and a range of discounted bundles for players looking to broaden their renovation experience.
The Farm DLC itself expands gameplay with mechanics focused on farming life. Players can create and manage their own farm, raising animals and cultivating crops. New story-driven content includes 11 missions such as building a chicken coop and renovating a go-kart track. A set of 9 additional skills has been added, with highlights like using a drone to fertilize crops and painting facades with a paint gun.
Other new features include horseback riding, the ability to pet animals, a rest mechanic after long workdays, and building enclosures to customise farms and ranches. The DLC also provides access to 5 new plots and introduces over 1,850 new items tied to rural living.
The free Reborn Update introduces improvements across the game, including enhanced mechanics for planting garden plants, new items, upgraded grass textures for mowing, and various quality of life refinements.
Three themed bundles are also available: the House Flipper: Farm Bundle (33.49€/33.99$), the Everybody Loves Animals Bundle (42.49€/43.99$), and the Complete Bundle (49.49€/49.99$). Each offers different content packages tailored for players who want to jump into the series with additional DLC.
