Bloober Team has released Cronos: The New Dawn, a third person survival horror title now available on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2. A physical Standard Edition for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC is also available from major retailers across EMEA and Australia, produced in partnership with Bandai Namco Entertainment as regional distributor.
Positioned as a new chapter from the studio behind the recent SILENT HILL 2 remake, Cronos is set in the ruins of New Dawn, a world inspired by Nowa Huta in Kraków, Poland. The story unfolds across two timelines, a decaying post apocalyptic future and an industrial 1980s setting, blending retro realism with dystopian sci fi and a retro futuristic tone.
Players take the role of the Traveler, an agent of the Collective dispatched into zones scarred by the Change, a cataclysm that fractures time, memory and flesh. With the world suspended between past and future, survival is uncertain and the mystery behind the event sits at the center of the experience.
