Persona 5 The Phantom X – SEGA Issues Statement Around Community Feedback

-

With the release of Persona 5 The Phantom X on PC, iOS and Android devices last month, players have noted some discrepancies between the newly opened Global server and that of the originally opened CHN/KOR/TW servers – particularly around the lack of a soft-pity system found in many modern gacha games, decrease in rewards, and amendments to content. This has seen reviews of the game on digital distribution platforms such as Steam and Google Play drop well below where one might have expected the game to be.

The Persona 5 The Phantom X operations team at SEGA has today issued the below statement, outlining their plans to explain operation direction in an upcoming livestream, and also confirming that English-language users will not be left out of new version livestreams.
