HoYoverse, the developer behind games such as Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero, will soon open the doors to its first themed café. The venue is set to launch on 20 June 2025 in Berlin, Germany, and is dubbed the ‘HoYoverse Café‘.
The HoYoverse Café aims to offer fans an immersive experience that blends aspects of its games’ narratives, characters, and settings. Located at Rochstraße 4 in central Berlin, the café will welcome guests to explore themed food and drinks, official merchandise, and a regular schedule of community and cultural events. Both indoor and outdoor seating will be available, allowing visitors to experience the café in a range of settings inspired by the universes of HoYoverse’s games.
Two special events are planned for the café’s debut months, highlighting content from Genshin Impact and Zenless Zone Zero. These events will bring new menu items, exclusive merchandise, cosplay appearances, and unique performances for fans and newcomers alike.

The first event, “To Coffee and Companions!”, will run from 20 June to 27 June 2025 to coincide with the opening of the venue and release of Genshin Impact Version 5.7. This update introduces the character Skirk, and the café will reflect this new content with themed decorations, limited-edition food and beverages featuring Skirk and Childe, and several offers for players. New visitors will receive a complimentary coffee voucher, while returning players can enjoy discounts on exclusive sets and additional in-game rewards. Those dining together may receive extra bonuses, including Primogems and collectible cards. Merchandise purchases will also come with added incentives.
On opening day, from 10:30 AM, visitors will be treated to an outdoor performance with a Genshin Impact-themed string quartet and a street dance show. The café’s official opening follows at 11:00 AM, accompanied by random giveaways.

The focus will then shift to Zenless Zone Zero with the “Ridu-Kaffeeklatsch” event, running from 28 June to 13 July 2025. Organised to celebrate the first anniversary of the urban fantasy action RPG, this event invites fans (referred to as “Proxies”) to experience New Eridu-themed dishes and drinks. Special merchandise, including folding fans and amulets, will be available while supplies last. The event operates on a reservation basis, with attendees encouraged to register online for participation.
The opening of the HoYoverse Café in Berlin seeks to represent more than just a themed eatery – with a goal of becoming a meeting place for creativity, community, inclusion and fan culture. Through ongoing events and engagement, HoYoverse seeks to offer a new platform for fans to connect and deepen their appreciation for the stories and characters that define its games.
