Developed by Nippon Cultural Broadcasting Extend Inc., the title will be available digitally on PC and Nintendo Switch, with a physical version available exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.

BUSTAFELLOWS season2 continues the story of Teuta and her companions, reuniting players with the central cast including Limbo, Shu, Helvetica, Mozu, and Scarecrow. The game features five separate narrative routes, each focusing on a different male lead and offering unique story arcs.

A new flowchart system has also been added, allowing players to track their choices and revisit specific parts of the narrative with ease. Returning relationships from the original title are further developed, while new scenarios, character outfits, and hairstyles provide added variety.

The game features voice performances from Japanese actors including Yui Kondo, KENN, Yoshimasa Hosoya, Hiroyuki Yoshino, Jun Fukuyama, and Yusuke Shirai. Players can also unlock additional episodes through specific in-game conditions, with a special episode available for those with save data from the original BUSTAFELLOWS.
