MomoCon has announced that renowned game developers Goichi “Suda51” Suda and Hidetaka “Swery” Suehiro will be among the headline guests at its 20th anniversary event, taking place from 22 to 25 May 2025 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia. MomoCon will provide attendees with the opportunity to hear directly from both directors in a series of panels and discussions.
Suda51, founder of Grasshopper Manufacture, is known for his distinctive directorial style and work on titles such as The Silver Case, killer7, and the No More Heroes series. At MomoCon, he will take part in an in-depth conversation with journalist Jonathan Holmes, reflecting on his career and creative journey.
Swery, the developer behind cult favourites including Deadly Premonition, Spy Fiction, and D4: Dark Dreams Don’t Die, is also scheduled to speak. He is expected to share updates on Hotel Barcelona – a collaborative concept originally sparked by an idea from Suda51 – as well as new developments on his other project, Death Game Hotel.
Additionally, MomoCon has also confirmed that Darryl “DMC” McDaniels, co-founder of the legendary hip-hop group Run-DMC, has also joined the guest list.
