Indie studio Team HalfBeard has officially launched Time to Morp in full after being available via Steam Early Access. This cozy base-building adventure seeks to blend elements of automation and creature care, offering both solo and multiplayer experiences for up to four players.
In Time to Morp, players take on the role of an intern on an uncharted planet, working alongside their crew to uncover the source of an SOS signal while caring for the mischievous and adorable Morps. The game combines base-building mechanics with resource automation, hoping to offer a relaxing yet engaging experience comparable to Satisfactory and Slime Rancher, but with a stronger emphasis on cooperative gameplay.
The full 1.0 release introduces several new features, including world events, fishing, additional cooking recipes, and over 100 new decor items to customise player-built cities and homes. Players can also expect fresh questlines and interactions with NPCs, expanding the game’s narrative and world.

Team HalfBeard has been committed to expanding Time to Morp throughout Early Access, previously delivering major updates to get the game to its 1.0 release. The studio has outlined a roadmap for further updates post-launch, ensuring continued content additions in the months ahead.
Reflecting on the game’s development and Early Access feedback, Team HalfBeard shared their appreciation for the community’s support:
The support and feedback we’ve received during Early Access have been invaluable in shaping the game. We are truly grateful to every player who provided feedback and reported any issues they encountered in Time to Morp. A big thank you to all the playtesters as well, whose input helped us to identify and address key game design problems. We can’t wait to bring even more content in the future — the journey ahead looks bright!
