Focus Entertainment and Saber Interactive have unveiled a new Gameplay Overview Trailer for RoadCraft, their upcoming heavy-machinery simulation and sandbox game. The trailer offers a closer look at the game’s mechanics while confirming a 20 May 2025 release date for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
RoadCraft places players in the role of a front-line rebuilder, tasked with reviving industries in disaster-stricken environments around the world. From the aftermath of catastrophic floods to the desolation left by severe sandstorms, players must utilise a diverse fleet of construction vehicles to clear debris, reactivate dormant factories, and reconstruct vital infrastructure such as roads and bridges to support local recovery efforts.
The game represents Saber Interactive’s entry into heavy-machinery simulation, building on their background in off-road and construction-themed titles. Utilising a “cutting-edge physics engine”, RoadCraft aims to provide a realistic experience that combines machinery operation, driving mechanics, and resource management. Players will engage with dynamic environments, managing the challenges of reconstruction in varied disaster-affected areas.
