Curve Games and Runner Duck have released a demo for Badlands Crew, the third entry in their Crew franchise. The demo is available now as part of Steam Next Fest, giving players an early look at the upcoming roguelite simulation set in a post-apocalyptic United States.
Redesigned from the ground up, Badlands Crew sets to expand on the series’ mechanics with a focus on vehicle-based exploration and tactical battles. Players will command a customisable land vehicle, navigate the hazardous Badlands, manage their crew, and engage in combat with various factions.
The demo features three missions, allowing players to experience different aspects of the game’s dynamic campaign. It also includes a vehicle customisation system for designing a battle-ready wagon, along with recruitable and customisable crewmates. Tactical battles against hostile militia groups are also set to form a core part of the gameplay.
Badlands Crew is scheduled for release on Steam in 2025.
