Following 2023’s Disney 100: The Concert, the Sydney Opera House is set to host Disney in Concert: Live at the Sydney Opera House in its Concert Hall for a four day period from 12 to 15 March 2025. This production will bring together 65 musicians from the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and the Sydney Philharmonia Choirs, conducted by Jessica Gethin, alongside a lineup of musical theatre artists. Featured performers include artistic director and soprano Amy Manford, Christine Allado, Nick Afoa, Joshua Robson, and Ruva Ngwenya.
The concert will showcase a selection of Disney’s classic songs from films such as Hercules, Moana, The Little Mermaid, Frozen, The Lion King, and Mulan. Additionally, audiences can expect a special symphonic suite featuring excerpts from Cinderella, Pinocchio, Fantasia, and Peter Pan.
This concert is being presented by MM Creative Productions, with tickets available to purchase for the Sydney season via both the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Symphony Orchestra websites.
