Marvelous Europe, in collaboration with North American publisher XSEED Games and developer BattleBrew Productions, has announced that Cuisineer, the roguelite-inspired dungeon crawler and restaurant simulation hybrid, is now available digitally and in a limited physical release for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The game, originally launched on Windows PC via Steam in November 2023.
Accompanying the console release is the “Fresh Features Update,” introducing new gameplay elements such as a wardrobe feature, year-round festivals, and an array of additional weapons and boosts. This update is also available for free to existing PC players via Steam and will be included in all future PC purchases.
Cuisineer challenges players to earn their meals through dungeon-crawling adventures beyond the town of Paell. Players wield cooking utensils as weapons against a variety of food-themed foes, including giant chickens, artillery shrimps, and fire-breathing peppers. Alongside battling these culinary creatures, players can customise their kitchens, manage their restaurants, and serve unique recipes to satisfy the tastes of their patrons.
