Developer Pikselnesia and indie publisher Fellow Traveller have released Afterlove EP, a slice-of-life adventure game, on PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X, and PlayStation 5. The game marks the final project of the late Mohammad Fahmi, known for his work on Coffee Talk and What Comes After, offering a heartfelt exploration of grief, music, and moving forward.
Set in the bustling city of Jakarta, Afterlove EP follows Rama, a young musician striving to complete his first EP. As he prepares for a major gig with his band, he struggles with the lingering presence of his late girlfriend, Cinta, whose voice still echoes in his mind. Over the course of 28 days, players will guide Rama through personal challenges, relationships, and his creative process, shaping his future through a mix of visual novel storytelling, dating simulation elements, and rhythm-based gameplay.
The game seeks to introduce authentic Indonesian culture through its setting, art, and music. It features the manga-inspired artwork of Indonesian artist Soyatu and an original soundtrack from pop-rock band L’Alphalpha.
Afterlove EP is now available with a 10% launch discount on all platforms. Additionally, Nintendo Switch players who own another Fellow Traveller title can receive a 15% discount.
